Rules and regulations

1 – GENERAL TERMS

 

1° Entrance terms
Nobody is authorized to enter, settle or stay on a campsite without previous authorization of the manager or his representative who has to make sure that the campsite is correctly held and that the rules and regulations are respected.
Staying on the campsite involves that you are willing to accept and fulfill the disposals of these rules and regulations.

 

2° Police formalities
Any person who stays at least one night on the campsite would have to produce their identity papers to the manager or their representative and carry out the police formalities.
Young persons without their parents will only be accepted upon presentation of written parent's authorization.

 

3° Settling
Tent, caravan as well as any other equipment relating to would be mounted on the pitch indicated by the camp manager or his representative.

 

4° Information centre
During the low season, the office is open from 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.30pm to 7.00pm. In high season (15.06 to 15.09) from 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.30pm to 8.00pm.  The information centre will provide all useful information concerning camp-facilities, possibilitites of fresh supplies, sport facilities, interesting sights and usefull adresses. A complaints book or a special box dedicated to receive the complaints is at campers' disposal. Complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, written as much as possible in distinct terms and concern quite recent events.

 

5° Taxes
Taxes will be paid to the Information Centre. Their amount is displayed at the campsite entrance and at the Information Centre and depends on the number of nights spent on site. Campers will have to inform the Information Centre the day before they are leaving. If campers want to leave the campsite before the opening of the Information Centre, they will have to pay taxes the day before.
Pitches: prices per night from 12.00am to 12.00am
Rental: arrivals from 5.00pm. Thank you to let us know if you are arriving later, by calling +33.494.515.601. Departures must be during the opening hours of the office. For more comodities, the office will be open from 8.00am on Wednesday – Saturday – Sunday. All departures outside office opening hours will automatically incur a 70€ charge for cleaning, cleaning and hygienic state having not been verified together.

 

6° Noise and silence
Campers are required to avoid any noise and talks which may disturb their neighbours, and to turn down their radios and tape recorders. Please close your doors and boots smoothly. Dogs and other animals are only allowed if kept on a lead. They cannot be left alone on the campsite, even locked in, their masters are responsible for them. Complete silence between 11p.m and 7a.m is required.

 

7° Visitors
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors will be allowed to enter the campsite under campers' responsibility.
Campers are allowed to greet one or few visitors at the Information Centre. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper who greet them may could have to pay a tax, insofar as the visitor have free access to services and / or the campsite fittings. This tax is displayed at the campsite entrance and at the Information Centre.
Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite.

 

8° Traffic and parking
Inside the campsite speed is limited to 10 km/h.
No traffic between 11.55pm and 6am is allowed.
Only campers staying on the campingsite can drive inside the campingsite. Parking on tent or caravan pitches is strictly forbidden and moreover should not disturb the traffic or newcomers settling.

 

9° Keeping and appearance of the camp fittings
Everybody will have to respect the cleanliness and the hygiene of the campsite. Don't throw dirty water on the ground or in the gutters. Caravaners must throw away their sewage at appropriate places.
According to the ratification of a European law concerning waste disposal, please bring your rubbish to the waste disposal unit near the entrance to the campsite, beside the mini football pitch and the supermarket. Here you will find special units for glass, plastics, paper and  cardboard. Please place other everyday household waste in the grey bins.
Everybody should avoid any action which could prejudice the campsite cleanliness, hygiene and aspect as well as its services and more precisely its sanitary fittings.
Washing outside appropriate sinks is strictly forbidden.
If necessary, hanging out the washing could be done in the drying room. However it is allowed until 10 am near the tents and caravans providing it will not bother the neighbours. Do take care of trees, plants and flowers. Campers are not allowed to hammer in nails into trees, to cut branches or to plant out. Do not mark off pitches by yourself. Do not dig into the ground. Any damage made on plants, fences, campsite or fittings will be paid by the offender. The pitch used during the stay will be kept in the state the camper found it when he arrived.

 

10° Security

 

Fire

Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good state of running and musn't be used in hazardous conditions.
In case of fire, the camp manager must be informed immediatly. Fire extinguishers are at everybody's disposal. A first-aid kit is available at the Information Centre.

 

Theft

Management is responsible for things left in the Information Centre's care and is also liable for the general surveillance of the campsite. Campers remain responsible for their own installation and have to let the manager know of any suspect presence.
Though the campsite is watched over, campers are required to take care of their equipment.

 

Swimming pool rules

We must remind you the rules of hygiene and safety imposed by French legislation (law 81-324 from 07 April 1981); these are made for your comfort: on arrival at the pool the shower is required, you must remove your shoes, and it is forbidden to drink, eat or smoke at the pool.  Finally a swimsuit is required: no shorts or leggings. Know that if these rules are not followed, we risk the closure of our pools. Kindly follow these rules in respect of all please.

 

Security bracelet

Security bracelet must be worn (secure, hypoallergenic bracelet). It will be given to you upon arrival and must be worn at all times around your wrist or ankle.

 

11° Games
No violent or disturbing games are allowed close to the campsite facilities. The meeting room can only be used for quiet games.
Parents will always have to watch over their children.

 

12° Unoccupied tents and caravans
Unoccupied tents or caravans should be left on the campingsite only after camp's manager approval and on the pitch notified.
When caravans or tents are permanently left on the campsite, a tax will have to be paid which the amount is indicated at the Information centre.

 

13° Information
These rules and regulations are stuck at the campsite entrance and at the Information Centre. They can be delivered to any customer on request.

 

14° Infrigement to these rules and regulations
In case one camper would disturb the stay of the other campers or would not respect the disposals of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative could give him formal notice, orally or if necessary in writting, to stop the disturbances.
In case of serious or repeated infringement to these rules and regulations after formal notice made by the manager to conform to, he would have the right to cancel the contract.
In case of penal infringement, the manager may call the Police.
