During the first half of October, you can attend one of the Côte d'Azur’s biggest events. At Saint-Tropez, Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez (The Sails of Saint-Tropez), one of the most impressive of all nautical spectacles, brings together the most prestigious and venerable tall ships with the most high-tech sailing boats. They gather in the famous bay to take part in races held in true nautical spirit according to the time-honoured tradition. 
You can get to Saint-Tropez by boat (return fare: €24/adult €14/child) from the port of Frejus/ St Raphael, or by car. If you hold a boat licence you can rent a boat (expect to pay at least €230/day). Our receptionists will help you make arrangements.
