Enjoy a birds-eye view of the bay of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. You can go up in twos or threes to experience the incredible feeling of being above the mass of blue. You take off from the front of the boat for this slightly different boat trip. It is not necessary to know how to swim, a life jacket is provided and you will be attached to a harness. You will take off and land gently on the platform with your arms completely free… you’re flying!

Equipped with football pitches, volleyball and basketball courts, rollerblading paths, skateboarding and BMX parks as well as children’s playgrounds and specially surfaced routes for bikes and walkers, this is the perfect place to use your energy! The Base Nature in Fréjus is home to a number of big events, including the Roc d’Azur, the famous Mountain bike gathering that takes place in the beginning of October. Breathe in the fresh air!

The biggest water park on the Côte d’Azur is in Fréjus. In the 8 hectares garden there is 10 000m2 of water and a wealth of attractions, will you be able to fit it all in? Introductions, inductions, training and exploration. Everything is organised by passionate instructors who are keen to share the wonders of the Mediterranean. The centre is open all year round with training for levels I-IV. PADI and NAUI recognised. Day or night time dives are available on wrecks or national reserves. Adults and children welcome. Training can be organised.

An introduction to scuba diving is available at the Domaine du Colombier during the summer before trying it in the bay of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël.

Kitesurfing, the newest of the water sports! a large kite attached to a floating device allows you to take off over the waves. it offers an incredible feeling of weightlessness. Have a go at the French School of Kitesurfing in Fréjus-Saint Aygulf on Esclamandes beach where you can try lessons for beginners, improvers or private lessons. The school has a safety boat and lessons take place in zones (land and sea) dedicated to kitesurf. This beach in Fréjus-Saint-Aygulf on the French Riviera has been designated a Kitesurfing Zone.

Over the generations the domaine de Curebéasse, bought in 1952 by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette, has become one of the most well-known Côtes du Provence Fréjus producers. Today Château Paquette is a family-run business managed by the equally passionate father and daughter team of Jérôme Paquette and Claire.

Proud of their commitment and respect of their soil, they have recently been awared a biological agriuculture certification for their vines. Red, rosé or white, they will all delight your taste buds. Their wines have been praised by numerous critics, from Rober Parker to Jacques Dupont.
